Nick has over 35 years of experience in finance positions and has been closely involved with value creation for shareholders in London Stock Exchange listed companies. He is a widely experienced business professional and chartered accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) and is a highly experienced M&A operator having undertaken numerous acquisitions and disposals in multiple geographic regions.

Nick has extensive experience in bank negotiations and fund raising in all forms, and operational experience in dealing with complex corporate restructuring from daily cash flow management to plant closures versus large capex and expansion programmes.
